Food Club Cookies & Cream Frozen Cheesecake Pops

Make creamy popsicles with a chocolate coating and cookie crumble. Try out this Food Club favorite!
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 20 chocolate cookies, crushed
- chocolate chips, melted
Blend cream cheese and honey into medium bowl. Set aside. In a small bowl, beat pint of whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add whip cream to cream cheese mixture and combine until smooth. Fold in crushed cookies. Fill 8 popsicle molds with mixture using piping bags. Freeze 4 hrs. Dip frozen pops in melted chocolate and top with crushed cookies.
