Homemade Granola Bars

These granola bars come with a crunch! Enjoy these healthy and delicious snacks.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup of mixed nuts
1 cup pitted and chopped dates
2 tbs sunflower seeds
2 tbs pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of almond butter
Directions:
Toast oats and nuts at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Transfer mixture to a greased 8x8 pan and freeze for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from freezer and cut into bars.
